My Slingshot Experience

We recently moved house. When one moves house, physical belongings are not the only things that need shifting.

One must, must must have one’s telecommunications moved as well.

I thought this would be rather straightforward – I thought I was with a reputable, trustworthy company who would ease me through the process. A company that understands that moving house is frustrating enough without having account-move issues as well. A company that takes its role as a service provider seriously.

I’m with Slingshot, and I’m sorry to say that I thought wrong.

I was originally going to simply blog about my frustrations, but while preparing a chronological list of all my calls and reasons for disgust I realised that a blog post wouldn’t be enough.

I want to make sure that people know how I was treated. I want to make sure they know, so they can choose to avoid any possibility that they could receive similar treatment.
