Meta Mate, Open Graph and Facebook
While developing a site with Rapid Weaver and Meta Mate, the Facebook Object Debugger is extremely useful. It shows exactly what Facebook and other services will see when they attempt to extract Open Graph information from your pages.
Adding the Content-language Meta Tag to a Rapid Weaver Theme
Sometimes one needs to add special meta tags to a project, like the “Content-Language” meta tag, which tells robots which language is used on a site.
One way to add such a custom meta tag to a Rapid Weaver project is to add it directly to the theme’s index.html file.
Meta Mate 1.0.13 Released

I’ve just released an update to Meta Mate, a meta tag management plugin for Rapid Weaver.
The update brings the following improvements & fixes:
- Added cruftless links option to page URL automation. Thanks Allan Bazinet for the excellent idea!
- Re-added code that ensures the standard defaults are always present.
- Meta Mate trello board is now public!
Feel free to use it to report issues and suggest / vote for new features! - Fixed warning displayed when one attempts to publish or export a Meta Mate page.
I’d like to thank Allan one more time for suggesting such a great feature!
